Application:

SiwoPUD®-U-658 is a crystalline waterborne polyurethane adhesive resin developed for heat-activated bonding applications requiring strong initial tack, excellent adhesion, and high bonding strength. With a solid content of 50±1% and a thermal activation temperature of 70–80°C, this water-based polyurethane adhesive is suitable for bonding a wide range of synthetic and natural materials.

U-658 provides excellent adhesion to various substrates, including leather, textiles, fabrics, and other compatible materials. It also offers good compatibility with most waterborne resin systems, including slightly acidic resins and substances, making it suitable for formulating different waterborne polyurethane adhesive systems.

For sufficient activation of the dried adhesive layer, a temperature of 80–90°C or higher is recommended. SiwoPUD®-U-658 is an excellent option for manufacturers seeking a high-activation-temperature polyurethane adhesive with reliable initial tack and strong bonding performance.
