Application:

SiwoPUD®-U-654 is a waterborne polyurethane adhesive resin designed for applications requiring strong initial tack, excellent adhesion, and high bonding strength. As a crystalline polyurethane dispersion, it features a low thermal activation temperature of 55–60°C, making it suitable for heat-activated bonding applications.

This water-based polyurethane adhesive provides excellent bonding performance on a wide range of synthetic and natural materials, including leather, textiles, fabrics, and other substrates. It also offers good compatibility with most waterborne resins, including slightly acidic resin systems, providing formulators with flexibility in developing waterborne adhesive formulations.

With a solid content of 50±1%, SiwoPUD®-U-654 is recommended for manufacturers seeking a low-temperature activation polyurethane adhesive with reliable initial tack and strong bonding performance. For sufficient activation of the dried adhesive layer, a temperature of 60–70°C or higher is recommended.
