SiwoPUD®-PUE-2580 is a high-solids (60%) waterborne polyurethane dispersion (PUD) developed for high-performance textile coatings and flexible coating applications. This high-elasticity polyurethane dispersion forms a flexible coating film with excellent elongation, elasticity, waterproofness, and alkali resistance, along with good aging resistance and long-term durability.
Designed for demanding applications, PUE-2580 waterborne polyurethane is suitable for textile coating, elastic fabric coatings, outerwear, bags, luggage, footwear materials, and elastic architectural coatings. Its excellent film flexibility and resistance properties make it a suitable choice for manufacturers seeking a durable water-based polyurethane coating solution.
To further improve coating performance, this waterborne polyurethane dispersion can be used with aziridine crosslinkers or water-dispersible polyisocyanate crosslinkers. SiwoPUD®-PUE-2580 does not contain organotin compounds, heavy metals, or formaldehyde, or other prohibited substances. Products stored for more than 12 months may be used after passing the relevant quality tests.
