SiwoPUD®-PUE-2564 is a high-solids (58–61%) aliphatic polyether waterborne polyurethane dispersion (PUD) developed for elastic waterproof coatings and flexible coating applications. This high-performance polyurethane dispersion forms an exceptionally soft coating film with excellent extensibility and high elongation, providing outstanding flexibility for demanding coating formulations.
With elongation of 2900–3000%, tensile strength of 5.1 MPa, and a 100% modulus of 0.16 MPa, PUE-2564 is particularly suitable for applications requiring a soft, highly extensible waterborne polyurethane coating. Its film also offers good water resistance and alkali resistance, making it suitable for elastic waterproof coating formulations.
SiwoPUD®-PUE-2564 can be used independently or blended with polyacrylate emulsions to develop flexible water-based polyurethane coatings with excellent extensibility.
